Musée des Arts Décoratifs

Permanent collections
• Tuesday to Sunday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Ticket office closes at 5.15 p.m.

Exhibition Private Lives : from the Bedroom to Social Media
• Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 11am to 6pm
Cash desks close at 5.15pm
• Late-night opening on Thursdays until 9pm
Tickets close at 8.15pm

Please note:
• The permanent collections are closed at night.

Museum and exhibitions are closed on Mondays as well as December 25, January 1, May 1 each year. The museum closes at 5 p.m. each December 24 and 31.

Room closures

For maintenance, construction work, while installing an exhibition, or for any other reason, certain galleries of the museum may be closed during your visit. A list of closed galleries is kept at the ticket counters at the museum entrance and updated daily to help you plan your visit.

We do our best to offer you as complete an experience as possible while upholding security and maintenance imperatives. We apologize for any inconvenience you may experience while visiting the museum.

Musée des Arts décoratifs

• Floors 5 to 9 (Modern and Contemporary department) will be closed from 18/11 to 20/12/2024 for the dismantling of the “Parcours Mode, design, bijoux” exhibition.
• The Galerie des Bijoux will be closed from 06/01 to 17/01/25.
• The Art Deco rooms are currently closed. Reopening in 2025.

Musée Nissim de Camondo

• The Musée Nissim de Camondo is currently closed for renovation work until 2026.

General admission

The collections and exhibitions of the Musée des Arts Décoratifs and the Musée Nissim de Camondo are free for visitors under the age of 26 (subject to availability).

Security

To ensure the safety of our visitors, the museum is strictly applying the security measures decided by the French authorities.

The museum is fully opened but luggages and big items are not allowed.

Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience and delay which may be caused by the extra security checks at the entrance.
